Aynslee’s current body of work focuses on the intimate moments and interior spaces (of the home, the mind, and the spirit) that make up her family life. Throughout her process, she explores composition, color language, and the poetics of light and shadow. In the past, she has worked primarily in oil but currently she is working with watercolor and with micron pen as she awaits the arrival of her second little one, due this May.
